Products

Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by Jean Alexandra are antique, vintage or pre-owned.

As a result, signs of age, wear and previous use should be expected and are considered part of the character of such items.

Descriptions, photographs, measurements and gemstone assessments are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

Colours and appearance may vary between screens and devices.

Where gemstone weights, grades or dimensions are provided, they are estimates unless accompanied by an independent certificate.

All measurements and weights are approximate.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment has been received and dispatch has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel or refund an order where:

* An item has been sold elsewhere

* An item has been incorrectly listed

* There has been a pricing error

* We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

In such circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed.

Payment

Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.

Jean Alexandra does not store payment card details.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Ring Resizing

Where resizing is offered, resized rings are considered customised items.

Any ring resized at the customer’s request is not eligible for cancellation, return or refund unless faulty or materially different from its description.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item concerned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
