Jean Alexandra was created out of a love for the beauty and craftsmanship of antique jewellery. The individuality of hand-cut gemstones, the delicate metalwork of the Edwardian era. We want to share that joy with our clients, without jewellers’ shop price tags.

Of course, that is not to say that there is no beauty in jewellery from within the last hundred years. We specialise in antique and fine jewellery, carefully chosen, be it antique, vintage or pre-loved modern. Each piece is selected for its character, craftsmanship and presence. We look for the details that matter. The weight of gold. The cut of a stone. The way a ring sits on the hand. Jewellery that has endured, and will endure again.

There is something deeply reassuring about owning an object that has already lived a life. These are not trend pieces. They were made properly. They were worn, treasured, and kept. Each piece will display a level of wear commensurate with its age and we endeavour to convey the condition of each piece accurately. Each piece is sourced considerately. We work with consultant FGA Gemologists and Jewellers to ensure authenticity and that any required maintenance work is carried out before pieces drop in our shop.
