Returns Policy

UK Orders

Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their item.

Once cancellation is confirmed, customers have 14 days to return the item.

Jean Alexandra will provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

The original purchase price will be refunded following inspection of the returned item.

International Orders

International customers may return items only with prior agreement from Jean Alexandra.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes and customs charges unless the item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Rings resized at the customer’s request

* Custom or bespoke items

* Items damaged after delivery

* Items altered by a third party after delivery, including re-sizing

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were supplied.

We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where an item has been damaged, altered or worn beyond reasonable inspection.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement where possible, or refund.

We guarantee the gemstones and metals as described in the product listings. If gem materials or metals are found to be substantially differant than as described, we accept returns after the period of 14 days has passed.
