Products
Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by Jean Alexandra are antique, vintage or pre-owned.
Signs of age, wear and previous use are to be expected and form part of the character of such items. We endeavour to describe the condition of each item to the best of our knowledge.
Descriptions, measurements and photographs are provided in good faith. Colours may vary between screens.
Gemstone weights, grades and dimensions are estimates unless accompanied by an independent certificate.
Orders
An order is accepted once payment has been received and dispatch has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund if an item is unavailable or has been incorrectly listed.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed.
Payment
Payments are processed through approved third-party providers.
Jean Alexandra does not store payment card details.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally. Uk deliveries are free of charge and fully insured. International orders may be subject to delivery fees. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all customs charges are fulfillled.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Ring Resizing
Where resizing is offered, resized rings are considered customised items.
Any ring that has been resized at the customer’s request is not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
Ring resizing requests must be made prior to dispatch of an order. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer accept requests for ring re-sizing.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Returns Policy

UK Orders
Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their item.
To exercise this right, please contact:
Once cancellation is confirmed, customers have 14 days to return the item.
Jean Alexandra will provide or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
The original purchase price will be refunded following inspection of the returned item.
International Orders
International customers may return items only with prior agreement from Jean Alexandra.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes and customs charges unless the item is faulty or materially different from its description.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Rings resized at the customer’s request
* Custom or bespoke items
* Items damaged after delivery
* Items altered by a third party after delivery, including re-sizing
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were supplied.
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where an item has been damaged, altered or worn beyond reasonable inspection.
Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement where possible, or refund.
We guarantee the gemstones and metals as described in the product listings. If gem materials or metals are found to be substantially differant than as described, we accept returns after the period of 14 days has passed.
